Sompting Wildlife Rescue welcomes wildlife referrals and advice enquiries from veterinary practices anywhere in the UK.
Founded and run by experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses, SWR works alongside veterinary surgeons and wildlife organisations to support appropriate ongoing care and rehabilitation.

Discuss a referral
All cases are considered individually, depending on the species, clinical needs, available facilities and current capacity. Please contact SWR before arranging any transfer. Where possible, include the species, clinical history, treatments already given, ongoing requirements and contact details for the referring practice.
Referrals do not replace veterinary diagnosis, prescribing or necessary veterinary oversight. For urgent cases, contact an appropriate veterinary practice or wildlife service without delay.
